How to get the beads in your tire
Plenty of trial and mess means we have worked out the easiest way to get the beads into your tire with as little mess as possible for you.
We have tried allsorts of devices including making a bead blast gun which was cool. And fired them in pretty quickly but not every one has a compressor so here is the easiest way a Simple Turkey Baster.
NO WATER
Please ensure there is no water in your air supply, Also make sure there are no tyre repair materials like tyre goo inside tire as this product needs a no moisture in the tyre.
- Step #1 Remove the Valve Core From Tyre
- Deflate tyre first.
- Step #2 Push the Tube onto the Valve Stem.
- Step #2 Pull the White Top off the Baster
- Step #3 Push the Turkey Baster Tube onto the Tube on the valve stem.
- Step #4 Fill the white baster with the beads.
- Step #5 Push the white top onto the baster tube.
- Step #6 Slowly Poor the beads into the Tube.
- Step #7 Replace Valve Core
- Step #8 Inflate Tyre to correct pressure
